Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions and email addresses are retained for up to 24 months from our last interaction with you, after which they are deleted unless there is a continuing business relationship or legal obligation to retain them.

Some of our service providers (Google, LinkedIn, Squarespace) may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, these providers operate under approved transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by UK data protection law.
