Iulia advises senior leaders across the public and private sectors on executive positioning, legacy building, institutional investor engagement and high-stakes issues.
She started her career when social media campaigns and influencer marketing were just emerging, teaching herself how to use digital platforms to build and shift audience attention.
She spent years in political campaigning, working on elections across the world and translating complex policies and politically charged issues into messages that persuade. She then advised sovereign governments, corporate clients and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on some of the most consequential moments of their careers.
Moving between political campaigns and corporate advisory, she saw that the same principles that get people to trust political candidates and win elections are the same ones that build trust for a leader facing a critical moment: understand the audience, find the authentic voice, and build credibility before you need it.
At Rosentell, she brings the rigour of a campaign strategist, the instincts of someone who has operated under real pressure, and a deep conviction that every leader has a story worth telling on their own terms.
Iulia speaks English, Spanish and Romanian. She has lived in Denmark, the Netherlands and Romania before moving to the UK, where she is based. She works with senior leaders globally and is a committed advocate for women's empowerment and education.
